Villa Alicia is a newly developed property at the base of Montana Roja, Playa Blanca.

The owners of this property found the land over 4 years ago and have taken their time in designing and overseeing the building to the highest of standards. Deliberately and brilliantly designed to incorporate modern and traditional Spanish architecture, this property stands out from the crowd.

Inside the property has a spacious open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new modern appliances. This fully fitted kitchen boasts a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and much more.

The lounge is fitted out with a large television, satellite, DVD player (DVD's not supplied) and hifi stereo. The villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms. Of which 2 are double rooms (of which one room has a sofa bed) and 1 a twin room. All the bathrooms have baths and showers.

Outside the property has a large south facing sun terrace and private heated pool. It's decked out with large comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and patio furniture. There is also a covered BBQ area suitable for entertaining small or large parties.

It's ideally located being just a short walk from a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and Flamingo beach. This central location is walking distance to most of Playa Blanca.  A car is not essential with this villa, unless you want to explore the island.  If this is the case, we can arrange car hire for you.
