This beautifully furnished villa has an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The comfortable lounge area has seating for 5 people and there is also satellite television. The dining area has a large table and also seats 5.

The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with 4 ring stove, clothes dryer, dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a super king size bed and the second bedroom is a twin room.  There are 2 bathrooms - 1 being a shower room.

Patio doors lead out onto a large terrace and your own private pool surrounded by sun beds and patio furniture as well as a BBQ and amazing views of Los Colorades. 

The villa is a mere 5 minute walk to Los Colorades with all its shops and restaurants.  If you continue along the promenade you come to the new marina Rubicon.  It is becoming one of the places to be seen in Playa Blanca, if not the whole of Lanzarote.  It has a fantastic array of shops, restaurants, bars and is or course full of luxury yachts. 

Papagayo beaches have world renowned recognition.  They have beautiful sands and crystal clear waters and are only a 10 minute walk from the villa.
