Casa Fina is an extremely impressive refurbished property only 10 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy Flamingo beach (see picture below).

This large luxurious villa has a fabulous south facing sun terrace comprising of 8 comfortable sun loungers, 2 tables and 8 patio chairs with a magnificent traditional Canarian BBQ - perfect for enjoying a private meal anytime of the day or night. Wonderful situation and ambiance for bringing friends together for that special evening.

The superb private heated pool has its own spa area, which is perfect to relax in and enjoy a soothing massage along with your favourite drink both by day or night.

Inside the villa is a spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The modern kitchen with fitted granite work surfaces and breakfast bar is fully equipped with all the facilities you could ask for (see the facilities list).

The lounge has a comfortable leather corner suite, satellite TV, DVD player, VHS player and CD player (DVD's, Videos and CD's not supplied). Unlimited internet wireless connection (40 euros a week).

There are 2 double rooms and 2 twin bedrooms of which 3 lead directly to the sun terrace. The villa has 3 bath/shower rooms.

There is a washing machine situated in the utility room, which also has a drying area. Towels and linen are provided. This includes beach towels.

We believe this villa is perfect for families or all generations with lovely views across the sea to Fuetventura. As well as being close to the beach you have a very good selection of shops and restaurants, so a car is not necessary unless you wish to explore the island further.
