Interior

The villa is stylishly decorated and finished to a high standard. The whole villa is bright and airy, with several patio doors leading to the large terrace. There is a comfortable seating and dining area, which is open plan to the well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry and clothes drying area. The villa has four bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and doors to the terrace. The master double bedroom and en-suite shower room have been modified to help guests with limited mobility enjoy a comfortable holiday. In addition to the master bedroom, there are two further double bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet and washbasin, and a twin room. The twin room and one double room share a shower room. All the bedrooms are light, airy and furnished with care. Villa Oasis can accommodate 8 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 on a fold-a-way bed. The villa has the added benefit of Wi Fi internet for guests bringing a laptop computer.

Exterior

From the villa, several patio doors lead out onto the substantial private patio and pool area. There is a wooden pergola which, along with the built-in BBQ and outdoor sink, offers a perfect environment for al-fresco dining. In addition, the villa has an 8m x 3.5m private electrically heated swimming pool which is situated to make the most of the sun all through the day.. The pool is accessed via a metal ladder and equipped with a hoist. Ample space around the pool allows guests to soak up the Lanzarote sun and enjoy the spectacular views. A state-of-the-art lighting system illuminates the villas in the evening and allows guests to enjoy the warm Canarian evenings.

Amenities

The villa is located in Playa Blanca within a ten minute walk of the beautiful, sheltered and sandy Playa Flamingo beach. It slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. It is only a five minute walk to the beautiful Timanfaya Hotel which is a beautiful setting for enjoying a drink or a meal. The Natura Palace hotel is also only a five to ten minute walk away where guests can enjoy the fabulous Thalasso spa. Playa Blanca centre is approximately a twenty five walk or five minute drive from the villa and the nearest beach. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 10 minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfya. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to Papagayo beaches. The recently opened, Puerto Rubicon Marina is a ten minute drive from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants. Several excursions, including a catamaran trip depart from the Marina. Playa Blanca is approximately a 40 minute transfer from the airport.

Services

A weekly cleaning service and linen change is provided. The owner provides a welcome pack containing wine, coffee, tea, water and fruit. Airconditioning is an optional extra, payable locally at €1 per hour.

Car Requirements

A car is not considered essential but is recommended.
