The property has a private heated pool, Jacuzzi, a large terrace, with BBQ, sun filter hammocks and 3 large tan through parasols, the tan through umbrellas offer protection from the UBV rays that cause burning, but still allow you to tan without using cream.  There are 8 sun loungers, 8 patio chairs and 2 patio tables,

 Inside the villa, there is a beautiful kitchen, lounge/diner, leading directly on to the sun terrace, as do 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit, this also acts as a heater, dehumidifier or air purifier for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather, these work on a meter system.

The property has a satellite TV, DVD and CD equipment, in the luxury fitted kitchen there is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, full sized oven and all cooking utensils required

The washing machine is situated in the utility room, which also provides a large drying area; Towels and linen are provided and will be changed every week.
